Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chocolate chip cookies are the perfect blend of crispy on the edges and chewy in the center. They are loaded with chocolate chips, making them irresistible for any dessert lover!
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat well.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
